The section which helps you to manage the loan cars. You can add details for the loan cars that you have and helps you add/ delete a loan car.
- You can add a Loan Vehicle, click Add button.
- To modify or delete, select the loan Vehicle from the list and click Edit or Delete button respectively.
- Click Load button, and upload the Towing Vehicle image in the screen.
- Click Save button.
- In left side of towing vehicle we have the search criterion.
- Click the Search button on this pane to execute the search and retrieve records matching the search criterion.
You can add notes for each car. These notes can be referred when assigning the loan car.
- You can add a Vehicle details, click Add button
- To modify the Vehicle details, Select the Note for Loan car from the list and click Edit button.
You can note down the service details for the loan car and refer them when needed.
- You can select the Vehicle service From Date to service To Date.
- Select the Vehicle service Completed date.
- Fill the Towing Vehicle ODO Reading.
- Fill the Completed details of Vehicle services.
- Click Save button.
You can make a note of the details of the loan car that you are selling to have a track of the same.
- Click the Loan Car Disposal menu
- Fill the Details of Loan Car
- Click Save button.
You can define the fuel type of the loan cars.
- User can add a Fuel Type, click Add button.
- To modify or delete, select the Fuel Type from the list and click Edit or Delete button respectively.
- When you click the Add button and enter the name of fuel type & enter the rate of fuel.
