The Labour Identifier is to add items to the quote without the identifier for that particular item

• For eg; Front Wheel will be the same for Alloy Wheel and metal wheel. In the quote lookup we will have FRT ROAD WHEEL /ALLOY, when we add /ALLOY in the labout identifier, then when adding that Particular item, the QIC will only have FRT ROAD WHEEL (truncating the identifier)
