Manage Employee Note

The Admin – View Employee Note screen displays the notes corresponding to the selected employee along with the date on which it was added.

  • Click the Add button to add a new note for the employee.

The Admin – View Employee Note screen displays the notes corresponding to the selected employee along with the date on which it was added.

  • Click the Add button to add a new note for the employee.

Only if some notes are available for the employee, the Edit button gets enabled.

  • Click the Edit button to modify the existing note.

The Admin  Add Employee Note allows user to provide some employee note.

Enter the text in the Employee Note text area.

  • Click Save to save the employee note.
  • Click Cancel to close the screen without saving the note for the employee selected.

 The Admin  Update Employee Note displays the selected employee note.

 Necessary changes to the employee note can be made in this screen.

  • Click the Update button after doing necessary changes to save the employee note.
  • Click Cancel to close the screen without updating the employee note.
