Electronic document:

• User can click the e-Doc Icon in the VQS iGen home page.

• E doc serves as a well organized repository for all types of documents in iGen
• Documents such as images stored in quote pictures, scanned and uploaded attachment files can be explored in e-Doc module.
• Repairer can manually create folders and can upload files and scan the documents to the location.

 

 

Quote

• Repairer can only view the quote from e-Doc if any images are uploaded in a particular quote.

• Each quote contains exclusive location labeled with the appropriate quote number in e-Doc.
• Each quote contains a main quote folder and a Image container location in the location. Folders for various additional will also be created if the quote contains any additional.
• In addition to these folders, Repairer can manually create folders using the New folder  right click option inside the Quote’s location and add the required documents regarding that particular quote.
• Each quote or additional folder contains the location of quote pictures, attachments, coversheet picture, scanned invoice (if any).
• Container images can be located in image container folder in each quote.

 

 

 

Employees:

• This location contains documents related to the employees of the repairer shop. The employees picture can be found in the appropriate folder labeled with employee name
• The repairer can manually scan or upload any document related to the employee in his/her folder.

 

 

Exchange:

• The repairer can manually scan or upload any document related to the exchange in this default location.

Report:

• Custom letter head for reports for report can be found in this location.
• The repairer can manually scan or upload any document related to the reports in this default location.

 

 

Loan car:

• Loan car location contains the documents related to the loan car such as loan car images, and scanned invoice documents if any.
• Each Loan car contains the exclusive folder labeled with REGO no.

 

Towing:

• Towing location contains the documents related to the towing vehicles such as tow truck images, and scanned invoice documents if any.
• Each tow truck contains the exclusive folder labeled with REGO no.

 

 

General document:

• The repairer can manually scan or upload any miscellaneous documents in this default location or add new folders as per requirement.
