The entire amount paid to employees are listed in wages, we can link wages categories based on each employee.

  • From the Pay basic list, select either Hourly/Salary based on the employees. Base Hourly wages calculated automatically by employee’s hourly rate and Base Salary calculated by employee’s annual salary.
  • Enter the employee’s annual salary / hourly rate based on the Employees pay basic (E.g. Enter hourly for the employee who hourly pay basic).
  • Select pay frequency from the list based on employees.
  • Enter employee’s pay period based on pay frequency you have selected, how many hours employee’s worked in selected pay frequency.
  • Select the account type for the wages.
  • Select all the related wage categories for the employee by clicking the checkbox.
